Besides that, I didn't get from the post if you are a paying beta member or if you just want a free download.
In any case, there is no free download.
You need to buy SkyOS to be a beta tester. Then you will get access to the latest beta version and the final release.
If you paid, wait a few days until you get a reply via email. It should contain a link to where you can download.

It is not an automated system. As mentioned in my comment above, it usually takes a few days before you get access to the beta (due to some paypal thing)
Once your payment is processed, you should get an email with the necessary details.
