Summary 0002548: Title Bar Controls are drawn on-top of each other, every time the mouse moves.
Description I discovered this little bug, when playing around with transparency in the title bar controls. As you know, the title bar controls change state on a mouse event, however, with the title bar, the controls are re-drawn when every the mouse pointer moves a pixel, in the title bar. This creates some quite undesired effects. The controls only need to be drawn once, when the mouse cursor moves onto the title bar. currently they are continuously re-drawn when ever the mouse moves.

Probably the easiest way to understand is to apply the attached theme.
