Colorize WindUI

Bring more colors into WindUI and give the dull appearance a nice overhaul.

Panel

Update the look of the panel and teach it various new features.

Window layout updates

Investigate possible different window borders and layouts (e.g. small/no borders, different menu locations, etc...).

Mouse Tail

Add a tail to the standard cursor set.

Proposed mid term changes

UI feel

Update the feel of the UI.

HIG

Define human interface guidelines and update applications to meet them.
