The InfoPanels
Single right-clicking the title of the InfoPanel will minimize/maximize it to the last set height. Double-clicking could make it move to the "default" size. Click and dragging the title allows for resizing obviously. The view of it should be remembered throughout Viewer windows.

Blue Navigation Bar
Works much like most navigation bars, shows the current path. Double-clicking opens the parent folder you clicked. Allowing drag/drops to any folder up the path should be made possible.
